Unlimited Editions vs Limited Editions?
Unlimited edition prints is self explanatory. There is no limit to the amount of digital prints printed. Limited edition prints, depending on the series, are limited to either (9) digital prints or (3) digital prints. Limited edition of (9) digital prints are (3) prints of each size, 23x23 inch, 29x29 inch, and 39x39 inch. Limited edition of (3) digital prints are (1) print of each size 23x23 inch, 29x29 inch, and 39x39 inch prints.
How long does it take to get an email response?
Same day.
How are orders shipped?
Shipping is free.
All artwork is unframed.
(12 x 12) prints are shipped flat.
(23 x 23), (29 x 29) and (39 x 39) prints are shipped in mailing tubes.
All artwork is shipped UPS Ground.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Prints are print to order.
The Local Boston print shop takes 4-7 days to print artwork.
All artwork is shipped UPS Ground takes 2-6 days.
Total time from order to receiving your artwork is 6-13 days.
What techniques are used to print your artwork?​
The museum quality, custom, archival prints are produced at a local Boston print shop.
They are printed on Epson Premium Enhanced Matte paper.
Using the highest quality archival pigment-based Ultrachrome HDR inks.
Can I handle the artwork?
No. All artwork is unframed.
(12 x 12) inch artwork is shipped flat and can be removed from it's outer packaging. But, keep it in its inner clear plastic covering.
(23 x 23), (29 x 29) and (39 x 39) inch artwork is shipped in mailing tubes. Keep it in the packaging.
Do not handle artwork. Let a professional framer at your local frame shop unpack the artwork.
Handling the artwork can easily cause dents in the paper or fingerprints and dirt smudges on the print.
What's your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to me within (30) days for a full refund.
If the artwork is damaged in the delivery process, notify me as soon as possible and send me a photograph of the damage. I will rectify the issue with the shipper and send you a new print to replace the damaged one.
